VEEV Vape Store — Zamna Festival
Built-to-Explore Experience
For Zamna Festival, CXC designed and built a multi-room walkthrough activation for VEEV — combining a modular frame system, custom millwork, and backlit signage into a durable, fast-assembly installation. Built to hold up under a full weekend of festival crowds, the finished activation delivered an immersive, on-brand experience that guided guests through connected rooms, wayfinding markers, and an outdoor lounge extension.
Behind-the-Scenes
Built from the ground up — we framed, clad, and wired this multi-room activation for VEEV at Zamna Festival. Engineered for a single festival load-in window, the build combines modular framing, CNC-cut millwork, and integrated lighting across every room.
The Challenge
For VEEV's activation at Zamna Festival, the brief called for a branded vape store that could go up fast, hold up to a full weekend of continuous foot traffic, and read as premium and on-brand rather than temporary. VEEV also wanted the structure to outlast the event itself — a reusable asset, not a one-off build.
The Solution
CXC designed and built the activation on a modular aluminum frame system, giving us a fast, repeatable structural backbone for multiple connected rooms and corridors without sacrificing rigidity. Each room received its own finish treatment — laminated black MDF, wood-textured panel cladding for accent walls, and translucent backlit panels for corridor sections — creating visual variety across the footprint while keeping the build process consistent.
The Execution
CXC built the VEEV Vape Store on a modular aluminum frame system, engineered to break down and reassemble rather than being built once and thrown away. Backlit signage marked the entry points, with laminated MDF panels used for a clean, dynamic finish across the structure. Because the frame system is modular, the same build can be reconfigured for VEEV's next event instead of starting from scratch.
The Impact
The finished Vape Store gave VEEV a clean, on-brand presence that held up to a full weekend of festival crowds without losing finish quality. Because the frame system is modular and reusable, VEEV now owns a structure that can be redeployed at future events rather than rebuilt from scratch — turning a single festival activation into a repeatable, reusable asset.
