The Challenge
The Ambition Collection had to be installed inside a live, high-security international arrivals terminal — with restricted access windows, security clearance required for every crew member, and no ability to disrupt ongoing airport operations. The timeline was tight, with no room for delays once the install began.
The Solution
CXC managed the on-site construction, coordinating crew access, materials, and equipment through Pearson's security protocols. Every phase of the build was scheduled around live terminal operations to keep the space fully functional throughout.
The Execution
Our crew completed the full installation on-site — positioning and securing the feature wall, display cases, and signage elements to spec — while working within the access windows and clearance requirements of a high-security airport environment.
The Impact
The finished installation gave CIBC and Toronto Pearson a fully realized showcase space, installed on time and without disruption to one of the country's busiest arrival halls — despite the added complexity of building inside a live, high-security terminal.
