Scenic Fabrication for a High-Visibility Space
CXC delivered scenic-grade fabrication for a new training facility featured across Jeff Nippard’s widely viewed fitness content — including a brushed aluminum door frame, a custom inset 1/2" steel shelf, aluminum-clad cabinetry, and partition walls. Built for durability and designed to look flawless on camera, our work helps define a gym seen by millions.
The Challenge
A new GTA training facility — soon to appear across Jeff Nippard’s massively viewed YouTube channel — needed key interior elements that were both extremely durable and visually clean on camera. The build required scenic-quality fabrication that could withstand daily use, integrate into an evolving layout, and present a polished, professional aesthetic under studio lighting. As a subcontracted partner, CXC was brought in to engineer and deliver these specialty components with precision.
The Solution
CXC produced a set of custom, on-camera scenic elements, crafted for strength, longevity, and visual clarity.
Our scope included:
Brushed aluminum door frame — clean lines, perfect alignment, and a refined industrial finish.
Custom inset 1/2" steel shelf — engineered for weight, durability, and sharp visual presence.
Aluminum-clad cabinet — rigid, modern, and built for high traffic and filming conditions.
Partition walls — functional zone division with a polished aesthetic suited for video content.
Each element was intentionally designed to support both functional training needs and the visual demands of filmed fitness content.
The Execution
Fabricated all components in-house for tight tolerances and consistent visual geometry.
Installed brushed aluminum and steel elements with meticulous alignment to avoid shadows, gapping, or reflections under studio lights.
Built and installed custom partition walls to cleanly control sightlines for filming.
Coordinated seamlessly with the primary contractor to maintain timeline, safety, and workflow efficiency.
Ensured all surfaces were visually seamless, camera-friendly, and production-ready.
