Millwork & Pixel-Mapped LED Wall
The Hartly - Toronto’s Club District
Luxury Meets Innovation
CXC partnered with Hartly to create a nightlife destination that blends high-end craftsmanship with cutting-edge technology. We engineered and built a full custom millwork package alongside flush-mounted, pixel-mapped LED walls that transform the space into an immersive visual experience. The result was a bold, refined venue that set a new standard for experiential and integrated lighting design on King West.

The Challenge
For Hartly, a new nightlife destination at 461 King St. West, the vision was to combine high-end custom millwork with cutting-edge digital elements to create an immersive guest experience. The project required not only a complete millwork package but also the integration of flush-mounted, pixel-mapped LED wall installations that would serve as a visual centerpiece.
The Solution
CXC was tasked with engineering and fabricating both the architectural millwork and the custom LED wall systems. The challenge lay in blending traditional craftsmanship with advanced technology, ensuring the LED walls were seamlessly mounted within the millwork while maintaining serviceability, durability, and a flawless aesthetic finish.
The Execution
Using our in-house CNC machining and digital fabrication capabilities, we produced precision millwork elements tailored to house and frame the LED walls. Our installation team worked hand-in-hand with technical partners to integrate the pixel-mapped lighting system, achieving a seamless, flush-mounted look that elevated the space into an interactive environment.
The Impact
The completed build-out gave Hartly a signature feature that distinguishes it within Toronto’s King West nightlife scene. By combining luxury millwork with digital fabrication and advanced LED technology, CXC delivered a venue that feels both refined and innovative — setting a new standard for experiential interior design in the hospitality sector.
