The Challenge
Parklane Cleaners, a high-end dry cleaner based in Etobicoke, required a front-of-house redesign that elevated the customer experience and reflected the brand’s premium positioning. The project called for full project management and a complete millwork rebuild of the retail-facing space.
The Solution
CXC took on the role of general contractor and millwork partner, overseeing every aspect of the rebuild. We worked closely with stakeholders to design a functional, high-quality retail face that balanced efficiency with a refined aesthetic suited to Parklane’s luxury clientele.

Using our in-house CNC machining and digital fabrication capabilities, we produced custom millwork for the service counters, cabinetry, and display elements. Our project management team coordinated trades and schedules to deliver a seamless renovation, ensuring the new space integrated perfectly with Parklane’s operational needs.
